Program Description

Open Gym Requirements


Train on your schedule! While most members enjoy participating in our regular classes, we understand life can get busy. For those moments, our Open Gym option provides flexibility. Approved Open Gym members have access to the facility during non-class hours:


Weekdays: 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Weekends: 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM


Eligibility Requirements:


  • Membership: Must have an Unlimited Membership.
  • Age: 21 years or older.
  • Certification: Hold a valid CrossFit or Personal Training certification.
  • CPR/AED: Have a valid CPR/AED certification.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of training at CrossFit Wilmette or 1 year at another CrossFit affiliate.
