Program Description
Teen Fitness Program
A fun, coach-led group fitness program for teens that builds strength, coordination, confidence, and healthy movement habits in a safe, energetic environment.
Teens (Ages 10–16)
This group class is designed to be challenging, age-appropriate, and welcoming for all fitness levels. Coaches provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and ongoing feedback throughout class, while workouts are scaled to support safe progress for every athlete.
Class Times
Sundays – 9:00 AM
Wednesdays – 6:30 PM

Pricing
Drop-In: $30 per class
4-Class Punch Card: $115 (2-month expiration)
8-Class Punch Card: $210 (2-month expiration)

All classes are led by certified CrossFit coaches who actively coach the group, offer cues and corrections, and create a positive, supportive experience for every athlete.
