Inviting all active teens that want to further their strength and coordination skills, CrossFit Wilmette is offering a Teen’s class.
CFW’s Teen’s class will be held on Tuesday and Thursday’s at 3:15 pm and is an hour-long.
Classes consist of building the foundation for Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and bodyweight strength training. Each session will begin with a focused warm-up and conclude with a cool down. The classes are based on a 10-week programming cycle with friendly competition at the end. The 10-week cycle will conclude with a competition day. Two participants will earn the title, The Neighborhood Athlete.
The objectives for the athletes are to develop proper form and understand safe technique. CFW’s intention is to create a learning environment for young athletes to understand the importance of nutrition, functional movements, and recovery for long term success in their athletic endeavors.

- Check email for the verification link
- Create a Wodify account
- Add credit card
- Sign gym waiver/ contract waiver
- Download wodfiy app
- Pre-register for classes.
