Program Description
Age-based summer fitness programs that build strength, coordination, and confidence—while having serious fun! All sessions are led by certified CrossFit Kids coaches in a safe, energetic environment.
🧸 WODdlers (Ages 4–6)
Start Strong, Move Well
Our youngest athletes learn body control, balance, and movement through games, obstacle courses, and fun challenges.
🕒 Mondays & Wednesdays, 1:45–2:30 PM
🧒 WOD Squad (Ages 7–11)
Fast Feet. Big Energy.
We introduce strength, agility, and teamwork through age-appropriate workouts and skill-building games.
🕒 Mondays & Wednesdays, 2:30–3:30 PM
🏋️♂️ Wilmette Jr. Barbell Club (Ages 12–16)
Train Like an Athlete
Teen-focused CrossFit programming that blends strength cycles, Olympic lifting progressions, and conditioning.
🕒 Mondays & Wednesdays, 3:30–4:30 PM

Dates: July 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, 31, August 5 & 7
Choose any 8 of 10 sessions.
Class Size: 8–10 kids per group (max 14)
