Inviting all active teens and pre-teens that want to further their strength and coordination skills, CrossFit Wilmette is offering a Teen’s class.

Class times change throughout the year regularly. Please email our Teens Coach, Jack Hill, at to enquire.

The objectives for the athletes are to develop proper form and understand safe techniques. CFW intends to create a learning environment for young athletes to understand the importance of nutrition, functional movements, and recovery for long-term success in their athletic endeavors.
