Our kids program is awesome. It’s ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically CrossFit – fun and safe for your children. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids in grades K-6.

Schedule’s do change quite a bit over the year as kids sports ramp up or down.
We also offer one-on-one Personal Training or private group training for kids and teens. We have Coaches who’ve personaly played Lacross and Hockey at the the highest level in college and that shows in there approch to train kids and teens the right way with fantastic results!
