Inviting all active teens that want to further their strength and coordination skills, CrossFit Wilmette is offering a Teen’s class.

Class times change throughout the year regularly. Please email our Teens Coach, Jack Hill, at jack@crossfitwilmette.com to enquire.

The objectives for the athletes are to develop proper form and understand safe techniques. CFW intends to create a learning environment for young athletes to understand the importance of nutrition, functional movements, and recovery for long-term success in their athletic endeavors.
