Inviting all active teens that want to further their strength and coordination skills, CrossFit Wilmette is offering a Teen’s class.
Teen’s class will be held on Tuesday and Thursday’s at 3:15 pm and is an hour-long. This schedule will change a little depending on the time of the year and what kids we have attending. The objectives for the athletes are to develop proper form and understand safe technique. CFW’s intention is to create a learning environment for young athletes to understand the importance of nutrition, functional movements, and recovery for long term success in their athletic endeavors.
