Nutrition plus On-Ramp for new members

Join our Nutrition Plus On-Ramp program at $175 and optimize your physical performance with expert guidance. Our 50-minute nutrition consultation kickstarts your fitness journey, making informed dietary choices that fuel your body effectively toward your fitness goals.

Personal Training

Personal training is available at CrossFit Wilmette. We schedule personal training around the class schedule. Personal training ranges anywhere from $75-$95, depending on the Coach. Please get in touch with us for more information.
