Bio


Jen Campbell's CrossFit journey began with a newfound passion for barbell training, marking a significant shift from her cardio-focused fitness regimen. Embracing the challenge, she has since mastered the art of balancing metcons with strength, endurance, mobility, and flexibility training. Known for her infectious laughter and commitment to continuous learning, Jen is a source of inspiration and knowledge at CrossFit Wilmette.


In 2019, Jen earned her CF-L1 certification, further fueled by the energy and excitement of the CrossFit Games in Madison. Beyond the gym, she is a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach, trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. Specializing in weight management, digestive health, and disease prevention, Jen offers workshops and individual coaching sessions focusing on a holistic approach to health encompassing nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction.


Jen's academic background includes a BS in Finance from Northern IL University and an MBA from Northeastern IL University. Her professional journey spans roles at prominent corporations like Apple, Microsoft, and GE Capital, and she currently teaches as an adjunct professor at Oakton Community College. Additionally, Jen is the author of 'Chop Chop! Jumpstart a Healthy Lifestyle with Quick & Easy Vegan Dishes.'
