Jen fell in love with the barbell several years ago, which led her on a CrossFit journey. She used to be a cardio junky so slowing down her pace and lifting was a significant change and challenge for her. She still hits her jam with the metcons. Always wanting to learn more, Jen has increased her fitness knowledge in the past few years, studying to be a personal trainer. She enjoys sharing her learnings with others to work on strength, endurance, mobility, and flexibility. She may not be the strongest or the most coordinated, but you will always find her laughing. Jen earned her CF-L1 in 2019 after attending the CrossFit Games in Madison that year. Jennifer Campbell is a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach (AADP), and she received her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She leads workshops on nutrition and offers individual health and nutrition coaching specializing in weight management, digestion issues, and disease prevention through nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction. Jennifer also holds a BS in Finance from Northern IL University and an MBA from Northeastern IL University. She has worked for several large corporations throughout her career, including Apple, Microsoft, Baxter, Charles Schwab, and GE Capital.
