Jen fell in love with the barbell four years ago, which led her on a CrossFit journey. She used to be a cardio junky so slowing down her pace and lifting was a great change and challenge for her. She still hits her jam with the metcons. Always wanting to learn more, the past few years Jen has increased her fitness knowledge, studying to be a personal trainer. She enjoys sharing her learnings with others to work on strength, endurance, mobility, and flexibility. She may not be the strongest or the most coordinated, but you will always find her laughing. Jen earned her CF-L1 in 2019 after attending the CrossFit Games in Madison that year.


Jen also loves talking food and nutrition as a Certified Nutrition Health Coach. She has been passionate about health and fitness for years since having her 2 girls and the author of a recipe book, “Chop Chop.” When not running around town and playing in her garage gym, Jen works a 9-5 and teaches business courses at Oakton Community College.
