Program Description

If you are the kind of athlete who's striving for that next level in your CrossFit journey, dreaming of mastering specific skills, reaching specific strength goals, and generally making progress faster, the Accelerator program is likely for you!


Athletes with specific goals: You're committed to your CrossFit journey and eager to reach new heights quickly. You have specific skills and strength levels you're aiming to achieve and could benefit from some assistance in integrating the pursuit of those goals around your normal CFW workouts.


These skills or strength goals could be anything we do in the gym, from your first strict pull-up to hitting a new max on your back squat to getting to 20 minutes in a death-by-burpee WOD :-)

You are not looking for 1:1 personal training, and would like some additional customized support to assist you to meet your goals. 


Weekday flexibility: Able to put in a little extra time (10-15 minutes) beyond class time 2x per week or more during the weekdays, potentially at home. 


Weekend open gym users: Willingness to come into open gym sessions on Saturdays and Sundays for at least 30 minutes a week on your own. 


What You Can Expect:


Robust initial assessment: We’ll review your goals and overall training context, including nutrition, sleep, and weekly workout schedule.

Customized Training Plans: Tailored programming to supplement your regular CFW gym workouts—you won’t need to worry about doubling up on movements or overuse as all plans will be CFW programming aware.

Monthly In-Person Check-ins: Face-to-face sessions to review progress and modify goals once a month in the gym.

Video Analysis: Send in your workout videos and receive detailed feedback within 48 hours.

Performance Tracking: Asynchronous check-ins via and tracking Google Sheets to evaluate how you're meeting your goals and modify training plans accordingly.

Continuous Support: Ongoing check-ins via chat and Sheets to support you, keep you motivated, and on track to reach your goals.
