Program Description

CrossFit Wilmette's On-Ramp Program is tailored for both newcomers to CrossFit and returning athletes seeking to reintegrate into their fitness routine. Prepare for your session with comfortable gym attire, shoes, and a water bottle. We're thrilled to welcome you to our community and support your journey towards fitness and health! Our program offers two comprehensive packages to kickstart your fitness journey:


  1. On-Ramp ($125): This package includes a 50-minute personal training session with a certified CrossFit Coach and 30 days of unlimited CrossFit classes. 
  2. On-Ramp Plus Nutrition Coaching ($175): Elevate your experience with an additional 50-minute nutrition coaching session alongside all the benefits of the standard On-Ramp package.
