One-on-one Coaching is offered at CrossFit Wilmette around the regular group class schedule.

Our Coaches are specialist in the following fields and work with members of all ages:

  1. Anything CrossFit (Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and Gymnastics) from the basics all the way up to the most skilled movements.
  2. Coming off of an injury. Learn how to safely build your fitness.
  3. Sports specific.
  4. Mobility, Flexibility, and Stretching.
  5. Individual program design.
  6. Pretty much anything you’re looking for, we can help you achieve.
