Group Wellness and Nutrition Coaching 

Coach Deb Woodall offers small group coaching sessions on nutrition and wellness topics for people who are looking for support on their journey to lose weight, find their energy, or simply live more vibrantly.

What can you expect?

You can expect brainstorming, education, peer accountability, and support in a small group setting. Deb says, “there’s a certain magic that takes place when people come together to hold space for each other.”

During our first meeting we’ll work on creating a personal goal. We’ll hold each other accountable to these goals when we meet, share resources, and talk through any barriers to achieving them.

Each meeting will have a theme (eg, nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, self-care, habit stacking). Deb will provide participants with mini-workbooks with information or reflection questions related to each theme. Participants should expect to spend about 30 minutes each week reviewing these resources to get the most benefit from the group discussion time.

Deb will schedule the meetings, lead discussions, and curate resources on the themes. The group requires commitment, confidentiality, willingness to both give and receive advice and ideas, and to support each other with honesty, respect, and compassion.
