CrossFit Wilmette’s On-Ramp Program’s designed for new members with no CrossFit experience or experienced CrossFitters that have taken some time away from the gym and would like some help getting reacclimated. We offer two options to get you started on your fitness journey: On-Ramp – $125 Includes a 50-minute introductory personal training session with a certified CrossFit Coach and 30 days of unlimited CrossFit classes. On-Ramp Plus Nutrition Coaching – $175 Includes a 50-minute introductory personal training session with a certified CrossFit Coach, 30 days of unlimited CrossFit classes, and a 50-minute nutrition coaching session. During your 50-minute introductory session, our certified CrossFit Coach will guide you through the following topics:
- A gym tour to familiarize you with our facility
- How to use our App to track your progress and schedule classes
- What to expect in a CrossFit class
- How to read a CrossFit workout
- How to modify movements and intensity for your fitness level
- Your first workout with the guidance of a professional Coach
- Q&A session to answer any questions you might have
