Here at CrossFit Wilmette, we do many movements that most people have never done before. Our class flow is unique in the way we mix flexibility, strength, and endurance into a one-hour class. This tends to be very new for most people. We’ve found over the years that the most effective way to prepare a new member for our classes is through individual (personal) training sessions.
Foundations consists of up to three fifty minute personal training sessions with a highly experienced coach. These sessions are scheduled at your convenience, generally between our regularly scheduled class times. We have a specific program that you will go through with your coach during these sessions. We are focused on form and safety and take a great deal of pride in developing your movement and technique so you can safely join classes and have a great experience.
