Before becoming a coach and personal trainer, Bev spent 20 years in the corporate world coaching high-performance sales and marketing teams for large branded food businesses.
After having children, Bev decided to combine her passion for fitness with her skill for helping people realize their full potential!
Bev’s fitness coach journey began with teaching yoga and personal training in the UK and Ireland. Bev taught yoga throughout Europe before bringing her business across the USA in 2020.
Since arriving in the USA, Bev found her love for Crossfit and quickly became a familiar face within the CFW community. The variation of gymnastics, weight lifting, and conditioning became addictive, as did the welcoming and supportive Crossfit Wilmette community!
Bev soon became a CrossFit coach and is passionate about coaching and helping members develop their CrossFit skills. Recently Bev increased her skill base with a Crossfit weightlifting qualification through the Burgener strength team.
Bev can usually be found coaching the 9 am class, where she brings energy, enthusiasm, warmth, and knowledge to each class.
Bev is a personal trainer who specializes in training women of all ages. Bev has experience working with teens, moms, new moms, and seniors and is passionate about growing confidence in women through strength and fitness programs.
Bev also runs two weekly pre-scaled CrossFit classes with small class sizes, and more time is spent coaching the movements. These classes are a great introduction to CrossFit-style workouts without the complex barbell lifts.
