Bio


Bev Morton's transition from coaching high-performance sales and marketing teams in the corporate world to a fitness and CrossFit coach is a story of passion meeting profession. After two decades in the corporate sector, Bev embraced her zeal for fitness, starting with teaching yoga and personal training in the UK and Ireland, and extending her expertise across Europe before moving to the USA in 2020.


Once in the USA, Bev discovered her affinity for CrossFit, quickly becoming an integral part of the CrossFit Wilmette (CFW) community. The blend of gymnastics, weightlifting, and conditioning in CrossFit captivated her, as did the inclusive and supportive atmosphere at CFW. Her journey led her to become a CrossFit coach, further enhancing her skills with a CrossFit weightlifting qualification through the Burgener Strength team.


Known for her energy, enthusiasm, and expertise, Bev is particularly adept at coaching the 9 am class. As a personal trainer, she specializes in working with women of all ages, including teens, new moms, and seniors. Her approach is geared towards building confidence and strength through tailored fitness programs.


Bev also leads two weekly pre-scaled CrossFit classes designed for beginners, focusing on simplified movements rather than complex barbell lifts, providing an accessible introduction to CrossFit.
