Annette Corbin will be teaching yoga classes at CFW.
Annette Corbin is a former professional soccer player, turned yogi. She’s been teaching for nearly 10 years and heads a group known as the Athlete Practice that provides yoga for varsity teams at Northwestern, DePaul and UIC – as well as local fitness studios and CrossFit boxes in the North Shore. In her classes you can expect to move, sweat, breathe and stretch. Both your body and mind will be challenged.
About the Classes
- Classes are 60 minutes long
- You’ll need a mat. If you don’t have one, a few extras will be available.
- Classes are considered “power vinyasa,” which just means it’s a more athletic style of yoga with movement and breath.
- These classes are open to all levels. No prior yoga experience required.
