CrossFit Wilmette is all about fun, fitness, and community! This is a place where all the best modalities in fitness come together—body weight training, weightlifting, gymnastics, endurance, and mobility (flexibility) all under one roof. Not only do you get exposed to all different types of fitness, but you also get to know some fantastic people as well. Unlike what you’ll experience at traditional gyms, at CrossFit Wilmette we talk to one another, sweat together, and cheer each other on. CrossFit is much easier when done with friends motivating you! Not to mention you will learn how to improve your technique every time you come to the gym. Fitness doesn’t get much better than this!
