Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to CrossFit Wilmette is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating in regular CrossFit class.
Foundations are one-on-one private sessions. You’ll meet personally with your coach for fore sessions, scheduled at your convenience. Four sessions is generally enough time to learn the basics, but If you need more help we’re here for you. If you and your coach decide that your not ready for classes after four sessions, you can do personal training with your coach until you feel comfortable enough to join classes.
The cost for Foundations( 4 sessions) + 11 weeks of Unlimited CrossFit is $550.
Personal training is available with our experienced coaches at CrossFit Wilmette. We offer a wide variety of personal training options to fit your specific needs. Our coaches offer sports training, weight loss training, strength and conditioning training, at-home training techniques, and much more! Contact us to schedule your personal training package.
Membership Options for CrossFit
All memberships auto-renue on the same day, every month. You must give a 7-day notice to change or cancel your membership.

Punch Card Options
$200/10 classes – $20/class – 3 Month expiration
$540/30 classes – $18/class – 6 Month expiration
$800/50 classes – $16/class – 12 Month expiration
25% off for Teachers, Students, and Family (second member and beyond).
Discounts apply to memberships only, not punch cards. No discounts on punch cards.
For family memberships the most expensive will be at full price. The second membership and on will receive the 25% discount.
