Here at CrossFit Wilmette, we do many movements that most people have never done before. Our class flow is unique in the way we mix flexibility, strength, and endurance into a one-hour class. This tends to be very new for most people. We’ve found over the years that the most effective way to prepare a new member for our classes is through individual (personal) training sessions.
Foundations consists of three fifty minute personal training sessions with a highly experienced coach. These sessions are scheduled at your convenience, generally between our regularly scheduled class times. We have a specific program that you will go through with your coach during the three sessions. You’ll need to be able to meet specific movement criteria before you can join our classes. Generally about half of our new athletes are ready for classes after Foundations, and the rest move on to a few more personal training sessions until they are ready. We are focused on form and safety and take a great deal of pride in developing your movement and technique so you can safely join classes and have a great experience.
Three fifty minute Foundations sessions + Unlimited Classes for a total of 30 days – $215
Personal training after the initial three sessions (If needed) – $85/hour
Personal training is available with our experienced coaches at CrossFit Wilmette. We offer a wide variety of personal training options to fit your specific needs. Our coaches offer CrossFit, mobility (stretching), sports-specific training, weight loss training, strength and conditioning, at-home training techniques, and much more! Membership Options for CrossFit Wilmette
$485/Unlimited Monthly Plus – includes four 50 – minute personal training sessions per month in addition to unlimited classes and yoga on Sundays.
$215/unlimited monthly membership
*All memberships auto-renew on the same day each month. A 7-day notice is required to change or cancel your membership.
Punch Card Options
$200/10 classes – $20/class – 3-month expiration
$800/50 classes – $16/class – 12-month expiration
*Please look carefully at the expiration periods. CrossFit Wilmette does not offer refunds for expired sessions. If your punch card expires you will lose those sessions.
We also offer Drop-ins for experienced CrossFitters.
25% off for your immediate family (second member and beyond).
Discounts apply to memberships only, not punch cards. No discounts on punch cards.
For family memberships, the most expensive membership will be at full price. The second membership and on will receive the 25% discount.
Class reservation policy
- You can reserve a class up to 1 week in advance.
- You can cancel a reservation up to 12 hours in advance. If you cancel your reservation after the 12-hour window, you’ll be charged for your class ($20).
- If you preregister for a class and don’t show up (no show), you’ll be charged for your class ($20).
- If you don’t reserve a class and come to the gym to work out and that class is already at capacity, you may not work out. Weekday classes will be capped at 14. Weekend classes will be capped at 18.
