CrossFit Wilmette specializes in running CrossFit group classes. Here’s what you can expect:
- All classes are one hour long.
- Classes are taught and led by a highly qualified coach.
- Classes are capped at 14 people during the week and 18 on Saturdays.
- The format for classes includes a dynamic warm-up, stretch, specific strength and skill work, and a “WOD” (workout of the day).
- Workouts are different every day.
- The programming for the day is the same for all class times.
- All movements and workouts can be tailored for your specific needs. We pride ourselves on our ability to make modifications for you.
