Please call us and schedule a personal one on one intro session where we can discuss our philosophy and learn about your fitness goals and needs. After this brief question and answer session, we’ll put you through a short workout to establish a fitness baseline with some of our basic movements. After you recover, we will discuss our membership options.
If you know that you want CrossFit to be your new fitness routine, all new members must attend foundations sessions before coming to group clasees. Foundations are three, one-on-one private sessions. In these sessions you will learn the fundamental movements for all CrossFit workouts. We’ll also address any movement dysfunction or previous injuries.
Please include which location you are interested, as well as whether you would like an INTRO SESSION or FOUNDATIONS. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond.
