In today’s WOD, the single unders or running in place should be a cardiorespiratory challenge.  I hope everybody really gets their heart pumping with this workout.

  1. Another good metcon!!!! Exactly what I need. Finished 4 rounds and got through 4 more pull ups. Pull ups were with a band. I either have to get considerably stronger or considerably lighter.

  2. Did another WOD in preparation for Sunday.

    My goal is over 150 for Sunday!

    5 + 88 single unders.

    Much needed day off tomorrow.

  4. Much better day today. 135 on the press (hit 145 for 4). Then 4 rounds +150 SU on the AMRAP.

    6 rounds + 33 single unders on the WOD
