Don’t be so quick to dismiss this workout. Whenever there is programmed rest in a workout, you know you’re in for it; rest in the middle of a WOD allows you to go all out during the work portion. This is also a great opportunity for you to cheer on your fellow athletes! Let’s boost morale at the gym so you can tear it up when you’re at work!
